Marian Trap
Cornhusker Nationals 2004

On April 30, 2004, 12 members of the Marian Trap Team made their first trip to Doniphan Nebraska to shoot in the Cornhusker National High School Trap Shoot.

Almost 1,500 shooters participate over the three days of the meet. The Friday competition saw almost 300 squads competing in the high school singles event. This event consisted of 100 16 yard targets.

At the end of the day The Marian team of Kara Stockdale,Aly Peeler, Sarah Morgan, Rachel Miller and Sara Genoways finished the day in second place in the high school team ladies division. Marian's first state trophy and medals.

The second day events consisted of 100 handicap targets.

The squad of Kara Stockdale, Aly Peeler, Sarah Morgan , Rachel Miller and Sara Genoways took third in the high school team ladies handicap event.

 

The squad of Kara Stockdale, Aly Peeler, Sarah Morgan , Rachel Miller and Sara Genoways took third overall in the high school team ladies division.
